By downloading, installing, or using any application or website published by Ninth Node, LLC ("NINTH NODE", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms of service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our applications or their content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Use our applications for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Reproduce or republish our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with NINTH NODE and our products are owned by Ninth Node, LLC or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property beyond what is explicitly stated.

Our applications are designed to store data locally on your device. Any content you create within our apps belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or share content you create within our applications.

Our applications and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our apps are tools to support personal organization and documentation. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninth Node, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
